Fees are invoiced upon completion of services or on a monthly time-and-expense basis on or about the 25th of the month based on the progress of the work.
The hourly billing rate for services is $60.00. Hourly rates apply to actual time spent in meetings concerning projects or services, report writingаand meeting preparation, project coordination time, services and design activities, investigations and time traveled when established client related. Travel time by air is billed only for the time spent in the air. Air transportation fees and rental equipment are billed directly with no mark-up. Subcontractor's fees will be billed to the client at a rate equal to the subcontractor fee with a 10% mark-up.
